CTI Remote Backup Service is a service designed to allow you to securely backup your data to a CTI Remote Backup server over the Internet using encryption in order to provide an off-site backup of critical data.

Although CTI RBS is reliable, DO NOT use this service as your only method of backup. There is no circumstance that CTI would recommend having only one backup method in place.
